Whitney Streed is a comedian because if she was not, her incessant punning would have no artistic or monetary value whatsoever.
She has performed in comedy clubs, bars, and pride festivals in Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, and rural Washington, as well as Portland’s own Bridgetown Comedy Festival. She has done comedy alongside Janeane Garofalo, Sheng Wang, and Marga Gomez. She was seen in Season 1 of IFC’s Portlandia staring dumbly at Heather Graham.
In addition to performing, she produces comedy/ variety shows and runs the PDX Comedy Blog. She likes glitter.
